Packer speed + determinism

Runs the two layout-algebra packers over a seeded aspect array, reports per-call distribution over K iterations, and asserts the output is bit-identical across repeated runs with the same seed. Pure math — no DOM, no network — so the numbers are honest about the packer itself.
