Predictive pre-render baselines

Evaluates cheap scroll predictors against scripted scroll traces before any virtual-pool integration. Stationary predicts the current position, linear projects smoothed velocity, and momentum applies exponential velocity decay. The gate passes only when linear or momentum beats stationary by more than 20 hit-rate points at the 500ms horizon for every pattern.
