Probe throughput × concurrency

Fires N prepare(url, { dimsOnly: true }) calls through a PrepareQueue of configurable concurrency. Each URL is cache-busted so the server actually serves the bytes. Reports per-probe time distribution, total wall time, bytes transferred, and probe throughput. Save the run as JSON to diff against past runs.
